STANDARD SHIPPING

  • $10.00 AUD flat rate (includes tracking and signature on delivery)
  • Free shipping on orders over $90
  • Please allow *2-5 business days for delivery after you have received our shipping confirmation email 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • $15 flat rate (includes tracking and signature on delivery)
  • Please allow *1-3 business days for delivery after you have received our shipping confirmation email

* Please note that these timeframes are not guaranteed, while we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.  

INTERNATIONAL

As mentioned in our FAQ we currently do offer International shipping but it is bespoke pricing depending on your location. Please email orders@sanctuarythreads.com to confirm your shipping price prior to purchase.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Sanctuary Threads is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.   

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. 

If you don’t receive an order confirmation e­mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'Junk' mail folder before contacting us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We try our best process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however due to being a very small team, sometimes this can take anywhere up to 48 hours. 

During our peak periods (Holiday season, sales or promotional events) we ask that you please allow up to 72 hours.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DOMESTIC ORDERS

- All domestic orders come with tracking. You will automatically receive your tracking number and tracking updates via email once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

* Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after receiving our shipping confirmation for tracking to take affect. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Once again tracking is dependent on the country and we will aim to offer this for all purchases internationally but is not a guarantee.

For those with domestic tracking you'll be able to see when your parcel has been:

  • received and accepted by a Post Office
  • processed for international delivery
  • received by the overseas postal organisation
  • delivered to its final destination 

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

- All following up and/or tracking is the responsibility of each customer and/or the shipping service provider – while we do everything we can within our power and to the best of our ability to make sure orders get to you safely and as fast as possible, we cannot be held responsible once an order leaves us.

- Free domestic shipping will be sent via regular post.

- If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Sanctuary Threads reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee according to the relevant price of postage for your location. 

- The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
